Ingredients:
- 4-5 small cucumbers
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dill seeds
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns

Instructions:
1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds or spears.
2. In a bowl, mix together water, vinegar, salt, sugar, garlic, dill seeds, mustard seeds, and black peppercorns.
3. Place the cucumber slices in a clean glass jar or container.
4. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumbers, making sure they are completely submerged.
5. Close the jar tightly and let it sit at room temperature for at least 24 hours.
6. After 24 hours, store the pickled cucumbers in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
