醃製黃瓜的方法

To pickle cucumbers, you can follow this simple recipe:

Ingredients:
- 4-5 medium-sized cucumbers
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- Fresh dill (optional)

Instructions:
1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them into rounds or spears.
2. In a saucepan, combine the vinegar, water, salt, sugar, garlic, and peppercorns. Bring the mixture to a boil and then let it cool slightly.
3. Place the cucumber slices in a clean glass jar or container. Add fresh dill if desired.
4. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumbers, making sure they are completely covered.
5. Seal the jar tightly and let it sit at room temperature for a few hours.
6. Transfer the jar to the refrigerator and let the cucumbers pickle for at least 24 hours before enjoying.
